We are not affiliated with Ticketmaster, StubHub, or the Venue itself. The site may have ticket inventory available for the event that you’re interested in.
Prices charged on ourwebsite are determined by several factors:
Face Value of a Ticket: The face value of a ticket is determined by the promoter, venue, team or artist. TicketsWest does not determine the face value of tickets.
Convenience Fee: This fee covers costs that allow TicketsWest to offer our ticket purchasers a safe and convenient ticket-buying experience while providing promoters, venues, teams, and artists with the highest levels of accountability and tracking. In order to offset the cost of these services, convenience fees are applied to our transactions. These fees vary from event to event and are based on terms that have been agreed upon with the venues, promoters, teams or artists.
Facility and Parking Fees: The purpose of these fees vary, but the inclusion and assessment of facility and parking fees are not dictated by TicketsWest. Not all venues charge a facility or parking fee, however, those that do are responsible for the determination of these fees. TicketsWest remits facility and parking fees directly to the venue.
Order Processing and/or Delivery Fees: The order processing or delivery fee covers the cost to fulfill ticket requests when tickets are purchased online or by phone. This fee includes services such as processing and maintaining orders on our secure ticketing system, arranging ticket mailings, coordinating will call with the box office, as well as purchasing and/or maintaining equipment used by the venue in normal ticket operations. A portion of the order processing or delivery fee may represent a margin of revenue. It is applied to an entire order and processing fees are determined by TicketsWest in coordination with the promoter, venue, team or artist.
Taxes: City, state, and local taxes are typically included in the face value of the ticket, but in some instances, these taxes may be included in the ticket fees or listed as a separate charge.
In some cases, tickets may be purchased at the venue box office without additional convenience fees. However, many individuals prefer to utilize our services in order to save time and to secure better seats in advance of an event. Not all venues have box offices and the hours for those that do vary. In some cases, box offices are open only on the day of an event. Please keep in mind that tickets for some events are more expensive when purchased on the day of the event.
The numerous sellers who list tickets through our website are reselling tickets to popular entertainment events. This means that they are also repricing the tickets concerned based on their perception of an event's popularity.
The mark-up in ticket prices on the resale market is basically designed to cover the numerous expenses incurred by sellers to obtain hard-to-get tickets so that consumers can later purchase them at more convenient intervals. These sellers pay face value plus additional fees and/or have fee-paying memberships in special fan clubs and/or sometimes even pay their own mark-up fee by buying tickets from other resellers.
The resale market makes ticket-buying more convenient for customers by allowing ticket purchases to be more widely accessible.
You can only access tickets the same day of an event if the tickets can be set up for local pickup, will call, or email. "Local pickup" means that you will pick up the tickets at a location local to the venue. "Will call" means that you will pick up the tickets at the box office of the venue roughly an hour before the show (or game). "Email" simply means the tickets will be emailed to you at the seller's discretion. Some ticket sellers even choose to send tickets via "courier" (very rare) or perhaps even ship the tickets (time permitting).
It is crucial to note that the availability of the aforementioned delivery methods is at the discretion of the seller. Some sellers will notate either one or all of the three methods explicitly on the ticket listing or present one or more specific options during checkout. Other sellers default to "Near Term Special Delivery" (i.e. they can likely provide tickets using one of the three methods, but you will need to contact the seller proactively to arrange delivery).
You might also notice some ticket listings that advertise "Last Minute Pickup" as a possible delivery method during checkout. This delivery method is equivalent to local pickup and means that you'll pick-up the tickets concerned no sooner than 2 hours before the event at an office within a few miles from the venue. Either way, once you place a near term order, it's always a good idea to get in contact with the ticket seller of your purchase to confirm the delivery process.
All seats are guaranteed to be together unless explicitly stated otherwise in the seller notes on the ticket listing. Seats that aren't together must be advertised as being "piggybacked" or "split" above a certain purchase quantity.
Ticket sellers don't advertise seat numbers publicly for various reasons. This may be to protect their privacy (they may be season ticket holders) and/or to prevent double-booking of tickets by multiple customers. Specified ticket listings (seat by seat) would result in numerous customers buying the same exact seats at the same time.
The sellers listing through our website access tickets for events in various ways. Some sellers purchase tickets through box offices (like other consumers) while other sellers access tickets through third-party suppliers and other resellers.
Many sellers even belong to special fan clubs, and as a result have access to presales that the general public does not have. Sellers may also have special deals with sports teams, band managers, or event promoters.

Occasionally, events are cancelled by the promoter, team, artist, or venue. Should this occur, and if you purchased your ticket(s) from our website, you may receive a refund. Postponements and venue changes are not typically cause for refunds. In the event of a postponement or venue change, the promoter, team, artist, or venue will determine the event-specific policy. The decision of whether or not to allow refunds is made by the venue or promoter. We assumes no responsibility for making any such decision, and will have no responsibility to issue refunds. However, if a refund is issued, we will process refunds for those tickets sold through our Internet sites and phone center.
